TAG Dream works as the innovative arm of TAG Medical, the world’s foremost producer of arthroscopy devices. We also have long-standing relationships with many of the leading players in the industry, including DePuy Synthes (J&J), Edwards Lifesciences, Stryker, Arthrex, Zimmer Biomet, and more.

Ran Ben Or, Chairman of the Board"

Ran Ben-Or is an expert in company valuations and M&A transactions. From 1994 to 2004, Mr. Ben-Or was a partner in the leading Israeli consulting firm, Itzhak Swary & Co. where he was responsible for leading the firm's work in valuations, M&A transactions, expert opinions, and creditor arrangements. With extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial consulting, and organizational advisory services, Mr. Ben-Or was asked by the Israeli government to evaluate Discount Bank for the privatization procedure and by leading Israeli investment companies to consult and evaluate Cellcom Israel (NYSE: CEL) and Paz Oil in major M&A transactions. From 2005 Ran is serving as a managing partner at Tene Investment Funds, which is comprised of 4 private equity funds, managing $1 billion in total. TAG Medical has been a portfolio company of Tene since 2011. Mr. Ben-Or holds a BS in both computer science and accounting, and an MBA from Hebrew University.
Yaron Tal, CEO, Board Member"

Yaron Tal has spent more than 25 years in senior management roles, having served as CEO, COO and CFO in several public and private companies. In addition to leading TAG Dream, Mr. Tal is also a general partner in Cognum Innovation. In the field of medical devices, Mr. Tal is widely recognized for his general management skills and investment prowess. He has established worldwide infrastructures including sales organizations as well as R&D, engineering, and manufacturing facilities. He has developed global management teams, and designed and implemented numerous strategic plans in the medical device industry. Mr. Tal has extensive experience in managing all financial aspects of a business including preparation of public offering (IPO), M&A transactions, and fundraising for start-up companies of over $100M. Prior to joining TAG Dream, Mr. Tal served as COO of Rainbow Medical. He has been on the board of TAG Medical since 2011. He has served as president and CEO of CorAssist Cardiovascular Ltd., Phoebus Energy Ltd., TopSpin Medical Inc. and Galil Medical Ltd. Previously, Mr. Tal was also CFO and acting manager of DEP Technology Holding Ltd., the investment arm of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd., and Discount Investments Corporation Ltd. Mr. Tal earned his MBA from Ben Gurion University, and holds a BA in economics and accounting from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Hagay Sitry brings more than 35 years of experience in founding and managing technology innovative companies. Mr. Sitry has vast experience in developing and executing new technologies focused mainly in the optical and medical fields. Co - Inventor of patents related to the fields of activity. He led several merging and accusation of companies adding extensive value to the involved. Prior to joining Tag Medical, Mr. Sitry served as CEO of Carl ZEISS SMS Ltd. Hanita Coatings Ltd. Hanita lenses Ltd. & Rhan meristem Ltd. Mr. Sitry is the Chairmen of the Board of Noga Engineering and involved with several investment in start-up companies.
Yuval Perets, VP R&D"

Yuval Perets has more than 22 years of experience as a senior manager in the field of technology innovation. He has served as CEO and VP R&D in large multinational corporations, including Carl ZEISS SMS Ltd. and Applied Materials PDC. Mr. Perets has developed many high-end products and platforms that utilize innovative software and algorithms. He has been instrumental in the production of ultra-precision motion systems, industrial control and automation, advanced optics lasers and SEM. Mr. Peretz has a strong business and management background as well. He has led post-merger integrations, established multinational cross-functional teams, and initiated and realized strategic plans in the field of front-end semiconductor manufacturing technology. Prior to joining TAG Dream, Mr. Perets served as CEO of Carl ZEISS, where he has served as a board member since 2013. From 2004 to 2013, he established and lead the R&D team of ZEISS in Israel. Prior to that, Mr. Perets served in various R&D positions at Applied Materials PDC.
Hagay Botansky, VP Marketing & Business Development"

Hagay Botansky has more than 20 years of business development experience in the field of medical technology innovation. He is a seasoned senior manager and has served as CMO and VP Business Development in large multinational corporations. Mr. Botansky is highly skilled at identifying high-end products and platforms, and then promoting them to the world’s leading OEMs, and directly to consumers. He has worked extensively developing integrated systems and solutions for clinical procedures, mechanical procedures, and other instrumentation. Prior to joining TAG Dream Medical, Mr. Botansky served as CMO & Director of Elbit Systems Ltd., and Suron Ltd. Mr. Botansky holds a BA in business administration from New England College, a certificate in advanced negotiation from Harvard University, and a BA in physics and electronics.
Ran Weisman, CTO"

Ran Weisman has more than 22 years of experience in the field of engineering and R&D, 16 of them in medical device manufacturing, development and innovation. He is a seasoned senior manager and has served as VP Engineering and CTO in large multinational corporations. Mr. Weisman is highly skilled in leading engineering and R&D teams, has extensive experience in various manufacturing technologies and in realization of newly developed products. Prior to joining TAG Dream Medical, Mr. Weisman were one of the founders of Paltop Dental implants and served as CTO (2010-2013) and prior to that, VP Engineering at MIS dental implants (2004 – 2010).
